Use defocustracker in 2D? (Bypassing z-direction data)
Hello!
I'm currently doing PTV on particles, but they are all in the focal plane. So I do not need to train the model with measurements of z-direction particles.
But I cannot find a good way to bypass the model training (machine learning). As I see it, I could just fill the results from the functions performing "train the model": dtracker_train, dtracker_process.
What would be a good way to solve this, and still have good PTV for the particles in 2D?
Thankful for any kind of help!
