Defocustracker without calibration/background images?

Hello!

So, in the walkthrough examples, the training data was used to build the model.

But I have images where the particles are all in the same focal plane, so no z-calculations needed.

How can I run defocustracker in this case? (The images are brightfield and very noisy, so I need to get rid of the background noise, but can I try it without having background noise images without particles in them?
